Step 2: Pick Your Rollers

Select the additional Rollers depending on your recovery needs:

1) Black Foam Roller - Softest of the rollers, designed for gentle massage and relieving ‘forearm pump’ and lymphedema.

2) Grey Roller - Good starter roller, designed for tender tissue and sensitive areas. Medium density. 

3) White Roller - Used by most as their regular roller. Designed for general use where there is sufficient muscle mass. Second densest roller. Great for small tendon, tight areas.

4) Orange Roller - Similar to a lacrosse ball. Designed to go deep and specific. 2-inch diameter, 3-ounce ball. Go deep and specific. The most extreme roller.
