I own the older style device, used it regularly and since that time those elbow pains have gone away, even at my old age! Also, lost a tab that holds roller in place, was concerned since it's an older model I wouldn't get a replacement. Not only did they have the replacement but the warranty is lifetime and they sent it free! Now that's some customer service! Wish I could say that for other companies. Thanks again!
