This short video tip is for anyone experiencing arm pain from Gamer's Thumb, also known as De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, Radial Styloid Tenosynovitis, or by its nicknames Nintendonitis or Playstation Thumb. These names all refer to repetitive wrist and thumb motions which stress the thumb, causing inflammation of the thumb's tendons and their sheath.  Sufferers may also find that they have pain and tenderness in the wrist just below the thumb.
